 On Thursday, a man was killed by a tractor-trailer at Port Everglades.  Antonio Del Hierro Perez died when he was struck a tractor-trailer truck pinning him between a container and the truck.  Unfortunately, we often of tragic accidents with trucks and tractor-trailers due to their size and their capacity for causing great damage.  Truck accidents need to be carefully investigated.

This accident reminds us of the need to always be careful around heavy machinery and around sites where large trucks are being operated.  It also reminds of the need for those operating, trucks, tractor-trailers and other heavy equipment to be properly trained and very careful when they are operating this equipment.
